If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute will be resolved through the appropriate courts as described in Section 17.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdvoraHQ regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Force Majeure

AdvoraHQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or pandemics.

Assignment
